R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Trotti and Thompson, Inc.
executed a certain contract for the construction of Fourth Street,
CIP Project No. 11 -ST -10 at a total contract price of $459,769.30
based on esitmated quantities and,
WHEREAS, 47,693.57 remains unpaid'on said contract based on
actual work performed; and,
WHEREAS, Garrod and Associates., engineers, have inspected the
work and have recommended its acceptance and final payment in the
amount of $47,693.57 be made to the contractor based on actual work
performed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY.THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of
the aforesaid contract in all particulars and does further authorize
the final payment of 47,693.57 to the said contractor.
