R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an
agreement with the Beaumont Independent School District allowing
said District to build a ball diamond on Carroll Street Park, said
agreement for a term of two (2) years.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
