WHEREAS, the City of Sour Lake wishes to dump its municipal refuse
in Beaumont's landfill site; and;
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the City of Sour
Lake should be allowed to do so;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a
contract with the City of Sour Lake for the City of Sour Lake to dump
its municipal refuse in Beaumont's landfill site; and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of the City
thereto.
