R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City,Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute a permit for ITT Terryphone Corporation to
install maintain, operate, replace or remove a communi-
cations cable across the 2900 Block of South Fifth Street
in the City of Beaumont, Texas, according to the conditions
as set forth in said permit.
PASSED BY THE.CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont
