BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Officials are hereby authorized and directed
to make payment of Fourteen Hundred and No/100 ($1,400.00) Dollars to
American Real Estate Corporation for the appraisal of the proposed
site for a new transit maintenance facility in connection with the
application for a capital grant from the Urban Mass Transportation
Administration.
