BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont hereby agrees to reimburse the Atchison,
Topeka, and Santa Fe Railway Company for the cost of reconstruction
of railroad crossings on Fourth Street and College Street, at a total
cost not to exceed Eight Thousand and No/100 ($8,000.00) Dollars; and
that'the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute all
necessary agreements appropriate for this purpose; and the City Clerk
be, and she is hereby, authorized to attest to same and to affix the
Sbal of the City thereto.
