BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an
agreement with Southern Pacific Transportation Company agreeing to
reimburse said company for the cost of removing and replacing two
track crossings necessitated by the extension of Mariposa Street south
to Orange Street at a total cost to the City not to exceed $14,000.00;
that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized to attest to
same and to affix the Seal of the City thereto; and that the appro-
priate City Officials are authorized'to make all payments required
pursuant to said contract.
