BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIYT COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
Change Order No. 1 to the contract between the City of Beaumont and
H. B. Neild &. Sons, Inc. for construction of the Water Utilities Ser-
vice Center, CIP Project No. 11-WU-.01, reducing the contract amount
by the sum of Two Thousand Four Hundred Ninety -Six and 27/100
($2,496.27) Dollars.
