WHEREAS, Sylven Ducote has heretofore submitted his resigna-
tion as a member of the Board of Equalization of the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the resignation of Sylven Ducote as a member of the Board of
Equalization is hereby accepted and William C. Key is hereby appointed
to the Board of Equalization of the City of Beaumont.
