BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and the City
Clerk to attest to a contract between the State of Texas and the City
of Beaumont for the construction of a twenty-four (24") inch water
line crossing the Neches River on the Interstate Highway Bridge across
the Neches River at Beaumont.
