R E' 'S 0 L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to purchase
a filter for use at the Liberia Park 'swimming pool, said filter to
be purchased at the price of Four Thousand Eighteen and No/100
($4,018.00) Dollars to be transferred from the Contingency Account
of the City of Beaumont, No. 79420, to the Equipment Account of
the Parks Department, No. 65509.
