BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCTL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the fiscal year 1975 South-
east Texas Comprehensive Manpower Plan which is to be submitted for
funding to the United States Department of Labor under the Consortium
Agreement entered into between the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
and Hardin and Orange Counties, and the City Mnnager is hereby autho-
rized to sign the Comprehensive Manpower Plan on behalf of the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
