BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute all necessary
documents in order to qualify the City.of Beaumont as a subscriber
to the Texas Municipal League's Workmen's Compensation -Program.
Appropriate City Officials are hereby authorized to pay the amount
of Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Sixteen and 67/100 ($16,916.67) to
said Texas Municipal League Workmen Compensation Program, said sum
representing one -twelfth (1/12) of the City of Beaumont's estimated
annual premiums for said insurance program.
