R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY.OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute. and the City
Clerk to attest to four permits granting to the Dow"Chemical Company
the right to lay, maintain, operate, replace, or remove a pipeline
crossing Lawrence Drive, Old Voth Road, Helbig Road, and the Bunn
Canal under the terms and conditions as set out in said permit.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1974.
