BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to sign and the City Clerk
to attest to a contract between the State of Texas, Atchison, Topeka
and Santa Fe Railway Company, and the City of Beaumont concerning the
construction of rai.lroad.crossings at the intersections of Eleventh
Street and Washington Boulevard with the aforementioned lines belong-
ing to the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1974.
