BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

THAT the City Finance Officer, or his designee,' be authorized to pay
to Touche Ross & Company the amount of Three Thousand.and No/100
($3,000.00) Dollars for a preliminary joint computer feasibility
study for the City of Beaumont and Jefferson County.
