WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of three (3)
Speed Radar Units for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Kustom Signals, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount
of Three Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty -Six and 50/100 ($3,766.50) for
the three Speed Radar Units for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Kustom Signals, Inc. is the best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Kustom Signals, Inc. in the amount of $3,766.50 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City.Official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said three Speed Radar Units
upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1974.
