BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
all instruments necessary to make an application to the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development for a Comprehensive Plan-
ning Assistance Grant. The City Manager is authorized to execute
said grant application and all the necessary instruments therefor
applying for a grant in the amount of Thirty -Three Thousand and
No/100 ($33,000.00) Dollars.
