BE IT RESOLVED BY THE.CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Officials are hereby authorized to pay to
Gulf States Utilities Company a maximum of Twenty -Five Hundred and
No/100 ($2,500.00) Dollars for the removal of Gulf States Utilities
Company's lines on Wall Street in conjunction with the abandonment of
Wall Street between Main Street and'Pearl Street.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
