BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
permit for the Lower Neches Valley Authority to install, maintain,
operate, replace or remove a storm sewer crossing Buford Street in
the City of Beaumont, according to conditions as set forth in said
permit.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
