BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the.City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute on
behalf of the City of Beaumont a Change Order providing for techinal
changes on CIP Project No. 11 -SU -01, the Florida Avenue Trunk Line,
said techinal changes will result in no change of cost on the project;
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to attest to same and to affix the"Seal of the City thereto.
