BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF'BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute on
behalf of the City of Beaumont a Change Order on the Police and Muni-
cipal Courts Facility, CI Project No. 11-B-01, providing for the com-
pletion of unfinished areas in the main and upper levels of said pro-
ject; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to attest to same and to affix the SeAl of the City thereto,
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
