WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont, Texas, has authorized

a program of construction of wastewater facilities, and the
f United States Government, acting through the Environmental
Protection Agency, has.offered a Federal grant; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed proper to designate another re-
presentative.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Kenneth R. Devero, City Manager, or his successor, is
hereby authorized and directed to sign all documents required
to complete the project on behalf of the above named Applicant.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this day of /
