BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager.be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute on
behalf of the City of Beaumont a Change Order on CIP Project No. 12-
WU-04, said Change Order extending the time for completion of said pro-
ject to June 1, 1974;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby autho-
rized to attest to the same and to affix the Seal of the City thereto.
