BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF -THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Fleet Maintenance Superintendent is hereby authorized to re-
tain an auctioneer and take all necessary steps to auction used fleet
vehicles belonging to the City of Beaumont under the authority of
Ordinance No. 0-1974-26; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
to execute on behalf of the City of Beaumont all motor vehicle titles
necessary to transfer title to said vehicles to the purchasers thereof.
