BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a
permit for South Park Independent School District to replace their
existing overhead steam line crossing Woodrow Street in the City of
Beaumont, according to conditions set forth in said permit.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
