WHEREAS, the devel-opers of Eastex Commercial Complex Addi-
tion, being located on the east side of the Eastex Freeway between
the L.N.V.A. Canal and Lawrence Drive, have completed water, sani-
tary sewer, street paving and.drainage improvements serving said
addition; and the developers of said addition are desirous of hav-
ing these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improve-
ments qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the
City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should be
accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT :
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, street paving and drainage improve-
ments serving Eastex Commercial Complex Addition, as above described,
be, and the same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and
shall be continuously maintained by the said City.
