BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of
the City of Beaumont an instrument giving permission to the Jeffer-
son County Mosquito Control to operate its aircraft over certain
portions of the City.
