R E_S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, Gulf States Utilities Company has tendered to The
City of Beaumont a certain easement for water line purposes across
property owned by it; and,
WHEREAS, City Council has considered the purposes of said
easement and is of the opinion that the same is necessary for the
completion of Capital Improvement Program Project 13-W-05 and that
the acceptance of said easement is in the best interest of The City
of Beaumont and its citizenry; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
that the said easement tendered by Gulf States Utilities Company be,
and the same is hereby, in all things accepted, and the Mayor of The
City of Beaumont is hereby authorized to execute the said instrument
for and in behalf of The City of Beaumont.in.acceptance thereof.
