BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a lease
extending the presently existing lease with the Department of the
Navy covering the use of approximately 2.31 acres of land used by
the Naval and Marine Corp Reserve Center.
