WHEREAS, Patrick H. Phelan, Michael A. Phelan and A. M.
Phelan have tendered to The City of Beaumont an easement for under-
ground sewer purposes in, under and across certain property on
Treadway Road owned by them for the purpose of placing, construct-
ing, operating, repairing, rebuilding, replacing, relocating and
removing underground utilities, said easement being located in The
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purposes of
said easement and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said ease-
ment for the aforesaid purposes is necessary and desirable and that
same should be accepted, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement for underground sewer purposes tendered
by Patrick H. Phelan, Michael A. Phelan and A. M. Phelan to The City
of Beaumont be, and the same is hereby, in all. things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this the day of ,
