WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of one (1)
Recordak Motormatic Reader for Tyrrell Library; and,
WHEREAS, Eastman Kodak Company submitted a bid in the amount
of One Thousand Four Hudnred Seventy -Nine and 25/100 ($1,479.25) Dol-
lars for the Recordak Motormatic Reader for Tyrrell Library; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Eastman Kodak Company is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Eastman Kodak Company in the amount of $1,479.25 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official is
hereby authorized to make payment for said Recordak Motormatic Reader
upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
