WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of 100 Meter
Yokes for the Water Distribution Division; and,
WHEREAS, Norvell Wilder Supply Company submitted a bid in the
amount of One Thousand Thirty -Five and No/100 ($1,035.00) Dollars for
the 100 Meter Yokes for the Water Distribution Division; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Norvell Wilder Supply Company is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Norvell Wilder Supply Company in the amount of $1,035.00
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said 100 Meter Yokes upon ac-
ceptable delivery and/or installation.
