NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept a
grant award from the Criminal Justice Council in the amount of
Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty and No/100 ($16,730.00) Dollars
for the purchase of a Radio Telephonic Recording System for the
Beaumont Police Department of the City of Beaumont.
