WHEREAS, the developers of Washington Manor, Unit.3 Addition,
have completed the water and sanitary sewer improvements serving said
addition, and the developers of said addition are desirous of having
these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements
Qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the City Council
is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and main-
tained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water and sanitary sewer improvements serving Washington
Manor, Unit 3 Addition, as above described, be, and the same are here-
by, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously main-
tained by the said City.
