WHEREAS, the Governor's Office of Traffic Safety has made
available funds fir a Records and Management Study of the Municipal
Court of the City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont desires to
take all reasonable steps to increase efficiency and improve opera-
tions of the Municipal Court;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont will implement the recommendations of the
Municipal Court Records and Management Study funded by the Governor's
Office of Traffic Safety in the City of Beaumont if the recommenda-
tion by said study are, in the opinion of the City Manager of the
City of Beaumont, effective to increase the general efficiency of
the Municipal Court and can be fiscally supported by the existing
budget of the City of Beaumont.
