R E S O L U T I O N'
WHEREAS, bids were received March 12, 1974, for the furnish-
ing of a Records Storage and Retrieval System for the City Clerk's
office; and,
WHEREAS, Data Graphic Business Forms, Inc. submitted a bid
in the amount of Twenty -Four Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy -Five and
No/100 ($24,975.00) Dollars for the Records Storage and Retrieval
System for the City Clerk's office; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the hid
submitted by Data Graphic Business Forms, Inc. is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Data Graphic Business Forms, Inc. in the amount of
$24,975.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate
City Official is hereby authorized to make payment for said Records
Storage and Retrieval System upon acceptable delivery and/or instal-
lation.
