R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, The South Park Independent School District, act-
ing by and through Bennie H. Hughes, Jr., President of its Board
of Trustees, has tendered to The City of Beaumont an easement for
underground utility purposes in, under and across certain property
on Major Drive south of Gladys Avenue owned by the said School Dis-
trict for the purpose of placing, constructing, operating, repair-
ing, rebuilding, replacing, relocating and removing underground
utilities, said easement being located in The City of Beaumont, Jef-
ferson County, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purposes of
said easement and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said ease-
ment for the aforesaid purposes is necessary and desirable and that
the same should be accepted, NOW,.THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement tendered by the above named School District
to The City of Beaumont be, and the same is hereby, in all things
accepted.
