R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
enter into a contract with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc. to perform
a records and management study for the Municipal Court, at a total
cost of $9,800.00, said cost to be paid from a grant from the
Governor's Office, Division of Traffic Safety; and that the City
Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized to attest to same and to
affix the seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
