R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of May, 1973, The City of Beaumont,
Texas, did file with the County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas, one
certain lien in the amount of $17. 76, including all costs of recording,
covering the West 26.40 feet of Lot Sixteen and the East 20. 60 feet of
Lot Seventeen, in Block One of the FLETCHER ADDITION to the City
of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, which said lien is recorded in
the M & L Records of said' County in Volume 1483 at Page 311; and
WHEREAS, REBA HARGRODER is the owner of said property
and desires to pay to the City of Beaumont the monies represented by
said lien and have same released to her;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 'IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT;
That KEN RITTER, Mayor, be, and he is hereby authorized to exe-
cute and deliver to the said REBA HARGRODER a release of the above
described lien, for and in consideration of the sum aforementioned,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of the City of Beaumont
thereto.
