BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to make payment
in the sum of Four Thousand Four Hundred Fifty -Eight And No/100
($4,458.00) Dollars to Vinson, Elkins, Searls, Connally & Smith for
legal services rendered in connection with City of Beaumont, Texas:
(1') $1,120,000 Sewer System Certficates of Obligation, Series 1974;
and, (2) $1,000,000 Sewer System Bonds,'Series 1974; said fee to be
paid from the proceeds thereof.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
