WHEREAS, the developers of Northgate Addition which abut and
serve Lots 11 through 25, Block l; Lots 11 through 28, Block 2; and
Lots 11 through 20, Block 3, and include Dakota Trail and the north
part of Chisholm Trail and Navajo Trail, have completed the construc-
tion of all improvements; these improvements consisting of water
mains, sanitary sewer lines, concrete streets and storm sewers for
permanent maintenance; and the developers of said addition are de-
sirous of having these improvements accepted and maintained by the
City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that said improvements
qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the City Council
is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and main-
tained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water mains, sanitary sewer lines, concrete streets and
storm sewers improvements serving Northgate Addition, be, and the
same are hereby, accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be con-
tinuously maintained by the said City.
