BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager or his designated authority is hereby autho-
rized to accept the offer of Martin -Matthews, Inc. to furnish the
City of Beaumont with diesel fuel, kerosene, oil and greases in
accordance with Federal Mandatory Regulations and at "current tank
wagon" prices at the time of delivery, and the appropriate City Of-
ficials are hereby authorized to pay for said products upon success-
ful delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
