R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into
an agreement for professional services with Touche Ross & Company
for a joint data processing study to study the feasibility and
practicability of establishing a joint computer facility for the
City of Beaumont and Jefferson County in an amount not to exceed
$6,000, said amount to be paid equally by Jefferson County and the
City of Beaumont. The appropriate City Official is hereby autho-
rized to make payments under this agreement.
