R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Business Properties, Inc., Village State Bank,
Fred C. Gregory, Isadore Roosth, Trustee and as Independent
Executor and Trustee under the Will of A. S. Genecov, Deceased,
Hilda Jarrett Genecov, Boyce Elton Genecov and Maurine Genecov
Muntz, have tendered to The City of Beaumont an easement and
right-of-way for street and highway purposes upon, over and
across property owned by them in The City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, for the location, construction, extension and
widening of East Lucas Street in The City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purposes of
said easement and right-of-way and is of the opinion that the
acceptance of said easement and right-of-way for street and high-
way purposes is necessary and desirable and that same should be
accepted, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said easement and right-of-way tendered by the above
named to The City of Beaumont be, and the same is hereby, in all
things accepted.
