it E S 0 L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Trust-Kote, Inc. executed a
certain contract on October 12, 1973, for the cleaning and painting
of the interior of the one million gallon elevated water storage tank
located at Kenneth and Harriot Streets at a total contract price of
Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Fifty and No/100 ($12,350.00) Dollars;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the work and recommends
its acceptance in full and final payment to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the afore-
said contract in all particulars and further authorizes final payment
of $12,350.00 to the contractor in accordance with said contract.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
