WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont -and McCrea Water Tower Maintenance
and Repair executed a certain contract on August 20, 1973, for the clean-
ing and painting of the exterior of two elevated water storage tanks
located at 1155 Glendale and 1550 Pine Street at a total contract price
of Four Thousand Nine Hundred and No/100 ($4,900.00) Dollars; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected the work and recommends
its acceptance in full and final payment to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the afore-
said contract in all particulars and further authorizes final payment
of $4,900.,00 to the contractor in accordance with said contract.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
