WHEREAS, bids were received for the furnishing of one Water
Pressure Sewer Cleaner for the Street Department; and,
WHEREAS, Flexible Pipe Cleaning.Products of Rockwell Inter-
national submitted the only bid in the amount of Nine Thousand Three
Hundred Twenty and No/100 ($9,320.00) Dollars for the Water Pressure
Sewer Cleaner for the Street Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid sub-
mitted by Rockwell International should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY..OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Rockwell International in the amount of $9,320.00
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Offi-
cial is hereby authorized to make payment for said Water Pressure
Sewer Cleaner upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
