BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement
and hire C.M.C. Specialists, Inc. for professional consulting services
on the renewal by relining the siphon crossing of Hilldebrandt Bayou
at 23rd Street and twenty-one (21") inch sewer line on Yount Stream
between Clinton and Calder for a total cost not to exceed $6,241.00.
The appropriate City Official is hereby authorized to make payments
under this agreement to C.M.C. Specialists, Inc.
