RE'S 0 L U T'I''0 N
WHEREAS, informal bids were received for the furnishing of
HTH Granual and 4-13 Bromine for the Parks and Recreation Department;
and,
WHEREAS, Van Waters & Rogers submitted a bid in the amount
of One Thousand Nine Hundred and 45/100 ($1,900.45) Dollars for the
HTH Granual and 4-13 Bromine for the Parks and Recreation Department;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Van Waters & Rogers is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Van Waters & Rogers in the amount of $1,900.45 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the appropriate City Official
is hereby authorized to make payment for said HTH Granual and 4-13
Bromine upon acceptable delivery and/or installation.
PASSED BY THE CITY'COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1974.
